Jam it with Chia Recipe
INGREDIENTS
200g-300g frozen fruits (raspberries or blueberries or apricot or strawberries)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1-2 teaspoons agave syrup
(Optional. Not suitable for babies < 12mo)
1 splash water
METHOD
Warm fruit on low heat in a saucepan until it breaks down
Add chia seeds and splash of water
Add a little agave syrup to taste (optional)
Remove from heat and leave to cool down
